This is a mini system, where students fill in an EthicsApproval Request form. The form’s data is saved into a Google Document that has a link to another form to approve or deny the request (with comments ). A folder for the student is created into which they can put their supporting documents ( they are mailed telling them to do this )
An administrator then assigns two reviewers. They are given access to the documents. The data from the approvals is then married up with the original.
A timed script checks the deadline, checks the number of Google Docs in a folder ( to see if they have indeed uploaded any supporting docs ) and notifies the administrator when it has been reviewed twice.
