There is a high density (hyperattenuating) epidural collection noted adjacent to the left frontal and parietal lobes (red arrow).
There is an associated fracture of the left parietal bone (green arrow) seen on the bone window image.
There is a small focus of low density air noted along the anterior margin of the hematoma (blue arrow).
