COVID-19 Information & Guidelines

Things to Remember:

Must be academically eligible.
Complete registration through Family ID. If you haven't done so please click this link -> Family ID Registration
Turn in your most recent physical (in the past 15 months) to the WHS Nurse.
Bring your own water bottle.
Bring your mask.
Fill out COVID-19 Monitoring Form prior to attending practice. (see below for each sports form.)
