We are still working through an EPA grant to fund hazardous material mitigation in the remaining "cube" building. With the assistance of the project's engineers, the Town solicited bids for the the clean-up work. Both received bids exceeded both projection and available funds in the grant. The project engineer is looking at both scope and timing with a likely rebidding later this year.
