Project continues to move along as expected. No significant changes or concerns.

For some background, there are weekly project meetings with Owner's Project Manager, Architect, General Contractor and the Town (covered by one or more of myself, Chief Johnson & Officer Ziemba); these are on site with an electronic GoToMeeting option. I've shared a copy of minutes from a previous meeting -- not for any particular piece of content or item of concern, but rather to just show an example. Also, the Clerk (who works for the OPM), uploads a daily report, that tracks notable activities and resources on site. The Clerk also provides a daily upload of photographs of progress and activity on site. (This is the source of the photos I share on the web site and linked below.)

As of 8/30, the project timeline shows completion by the end of May, 2019.

We are also continuing to work on items outside of the construction package, including communications, fiber and internet, furniture, etc.
