In the regionalization agreement, Special Town Meeting agreed to lease the Elementary School facility to the Mount Greylock Regional School District for a period of twenty years, with certain provisions in the agreement regarding maintenance and repairs. Over the past several months, this document has been working it's way through review both here and in Lanesborough; I am comfortable that the agreement handles all items in a way that is acceptable and this is in a form that is consistent between communities as well.
Recommended motion to approve lease as presented for the Williamstown Elementary School facility as authorized by Special Town Meeting
