Don Clark Appointment to Hoosac Water Quality District

Mr. Clark was recommended by Jane Allen. Mr. Clark met with Mr. Schlesinger, who's appointment he will be assuming. After his orientation to the HWQD Mr. Clark submitted a citizen's activity form expressing his interest in the position.
