A picture can be taken with the Chromebook's webcam by using the Camera app located in the Launcher.
1. To access the Camera app, click the Launcher.
Click on the Camera app.
Several options are available for taking the photo:
Toggle Filters - choose color filters for the photo to be taken.
2. The webcam photo window will open. Click on the Red "Take a Picture" button to take a photo.
Toggle Mirroring - reverses the image before taking the photo
Toggle Timer - Toggle Active - The timer will countdown prior to taking a photo. Toggle it inactive when not wanting to use a countdown.
Toggle Multi-shot - Toggle Active when more than one person is in the photo and inactive when only one person or object is in the photo.
Go to the Gallery - Photos that are taken are stored there. In the Gallery window photos can be selected to Print, Save to Disk (Downloads, Drive), Delete. The return arrow takes you back to the photo window.
