Chromebooks are most powerful when on the web so connectivity is a big deal. Your Chromebook will automatically connect to the wifi network when on school grounds, but what about when you are somewhere else?
It just takes a few clicks to get your Chromebook connected to a wireless network. Remember, the filters go with you so even when you are on a wifi network at home, or elsewhere you will still be filtered by WCPS.
Google Support has the steps to connect to a wireless network. Click here. You can also watch this video to help.
Special Connection notes:
If the network you select requires a password (Ex: a home network) you will need to correctly input the password.
If the network you select requires you to agree to terms of service then you must agree before the Chromebook will connect to the web.
