Math Team

The Math Team is a group of students who work together solving challenging math problems. There are five competitions throughout the year held at different schools within a half hour of Wayland. Students compete individually and as a team. The competitions are for grades 6-8. The problems are aimed at a seventh to eighth grade level so many of the problems are quite challenging for grade six. If you stick with it, it does get easier! Students meet during after school Thursday from 3:15-4:00.
