The next two weeks I will continue to teach students about the Zones of Regulation. In class we will review what we have learned about correctly identifying what zone our feelings are in. We will then discuss how our body gives us signs to help us identify what zone our feelings are in and what may trigger us to be in each zone.

· Green zone- muscles relaxed, breathing slow, heart slow, brain focused, face relaxed, volume soft

· Red zone- muscles tense, breathing fast, heart fast, brain cluttered, face burrowed, volume loud, red cheeks, pressed lips,

· Yellow zone- muscles tense, breathing fast, heart fast, brain cluttered, face tense, volume medium, fidgety,

· Blue zone- muscles relaxed, breathing slow, heart slow, brain cluttered, face droopy, volume quiet, slumped posture, head down
