AT IEP Documentation

When documenting Assistive Technology on the IEP the main objective is to clearly communicate to the parents and future readers exactly what services the school district will provide and the projected outcomes for the student. Once the assistive technology has been clearly documented throughout the IEP, it is the teams responsibility to provide it as it was allocated on the IEP.
