Here you have the Tamil word, below that is the pronunciation of the Tamil word in Kannada letters.

ಕ ಖ ಗ ಘ for these four letters Tamil has only one letter க. ಚ ಛ ಜ ಝ for these Tamil has one letter ச.

ச ends in a straight line &if you complete that line in a curve you get க. So if you practice writing க, you will be able to write ச too.

க stands for ಕ and ಗ.
