History

Often when making multiple edits on a file you make mistakes or you wish to undo a filter you have applied. Normally you would have to reload the file and start over. With the history function you can go back in time to the point you wanted to do things differently.

Every time you perform an action a snapshot is stored of the file before it was applied. To go back through history simply click the History button on the toolbar:

This will show a drop-down of points in time you can restore. Clicking an entry will show you a warning, once you agree the file will be taken back to that point, nearly instantaneously.

It is also possible to quickly go back one step in time through history from the Edit > Revert History menu or by pressing Ctrl+H on the keyboard.
