Justin Wadland

Justin Wadland, Head of Media and Digital Resources at UW Tacoma Library, holds an MLIS from the University of Washington and an MFA in Creative Writing from Pacific Lutheran University. His book, Trying Home: The Rise and Fall of an Anarchist Utopia on Puget Sound (Oregon State University Press, 2014) explores the true story of an anarchist colony, founded in and dissolved in 1921, in Home, Washington. He led the the digitization of oral histories and continues to work in the Tacoma Community History Project. Along with the UW Tacoma Digital Commons he is establishing digital collections that reflect the creative and intellectual work of the UW Tacoma community. Visit Justin's Website for more information.
