Students will be invited to indicate interest in the Health Professions Loan based on eligibility as determined by their FAFSA calculated Student Aid Index number.
Also note the following:
The amount of HPL funds available for spending varies each year, and so does the number of students who include parent data.
The fact that you received this loan previously is no guarantee that you will be awarded the loan in 2026-2027.
Reminder - submit your FAFSA! You must include your parent data if you want to be considered for the Health Profession Loan.

When you're planning for your finances, the AAMC/ADEA Dental Loan Organizer and Calculator provides a secure location to organize and track student loans, and also runs repayment scenarios based on career plans. We highly recommend using this tool to help you plan.
