Our MN Board of Teaching approved Early Childhood Special Education Program will prepare you to enter this field quickly and make a difference in the lives of children and families. As an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teacher you will work with children at a critical time in their lives, when effective intervention can have a substantial positive impact. In the ECSE licensure program, you will learn how to assess and intervene with children ages birth through six with special needs. You will develop the skills necessary to build collaborative partnerships with families and professionals. Together you will focus on supporting children to thrive in their natural environments.
