This site is designed to help you explore the various options that are available in Minnesota to obtain an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teaching License. This site was designed by the Minnesota Early Childhood Special Education Higher Education Consortium as an effort to recruit more individuals into the field of ECSE. There are currently 7 universities in Minnesota that are approved by the Minnesota Board of Teaching to offer ECSE licensure programs. Finding the right program for you is an important decision.
