Essential Websites and Digital ID

Uniqname: A unique string that is used as your university username - choose wisely.

Email: Your email will be <uniqname>@umich.edu. Email is hosted by Google.

Mcard: Photo ID with your UMID#. Used for building access, city bus pass, workshop and event access. Obtain at orientation or at Mcard services in the basement of Pierpont Commons.

Wolverine Access: Web access to student and employee business such as course registration, academic progress, and finances.

Canvas: The online hub for course websites.

CLaSP People WebPage: Graduate students each have a personal webpage. There you can upload a photo of yourself, enter details about your career and research interests, and upload your CV.
