Talk About It!

Talk to someone at home about the books from this year. Tell them:

1. What are all the books you read or heard from Silver Birch Express this year?

2. Which one inspired you, entertained you, and/or held your attention the best? Why?

3. Which one will you vote for next week?

Design a Box Lid Maze

Use your favourite story as inspiration to design a hands-on marble maze!

Send in an idea for a quiz question for a game we can play after the voting is done.

Make a Bookmark

Create a unique bookmark to go with your favourite book!

Draw a character in the setting and list the book's title and author.

More Ideas:

Copy down your favourite quote from the story!
Include a 3 sentence summary of the book.
Make the shape of the bookmark into something from the book (eg. a candle shape for "Light a Candle."
Use paper, felt, or material for the bookmark.
Add a tassle or a string with beads!
