Alumni Transcript Requests

Any former students needing a transcript at this time should use this Transcript Request Form.

Alumni can request transcripts directly through their house counseling office. There will be a $5.00 processing fee per copy. Check or money order are payable to THS. Please direct your request to the high school as THS does not partner or require transcripts requests through third party agencies. 

NOTE: The Alumni Transcript Request Form should be used by alumni students only. If you are an institution or other individual requesting a transcript for one of our alumni students, please contact the individual below.
