Ms. Miho Sakuma study team member of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Survey Team visited TESDA Region VII today, August 30, 2016. As part of JICA’s mission visit to Cebu, Ms. Sakuma paid a courtesy call on RD Florencio F. Sunico, Jr., CESO III.
TESDA is one of the government agencies that have partnership with JICA and Cebu is one of the identified locations where their Data Collection Survey on Industrial Human Resource Development in the Philippines will be conducted.
The main objective of the said survey is to examine and propose JICA’s medium and long-term cooperation program (draft) in the industrial human resource development for future implementation of JICA’s cooperation in this field, based on JICA’s previous cooperation results along with analyzing development agenda in the advancement of industrial human resources in the Philippines.
