Weekly Homework

     I wanted to explain some helpful information to you about our homework. I will make homework expectations realistic for students. I assure you that homework will always be a review of concepts learned in school.  Most weeks your child will receive a homework packet. The packet will have a homework sheet that lists all of the assignments for the entire week. This packet will also include any math, English Language Arts, science, or social studies assignments.

      I know that you have other activities at night. If for some reason an assignment cannot be completed for the day it is due simply jot a note on the homework sheet. Homework should not take more than about 30 to 45 minutes a night, including the reading. If it is taking your child more than that please let me know. I ask that you please sign and return your child’s homework sheet each night. I greatly appreciate your support and involvement.
