When Are my Tuition Fees Due?

Fees are due as specified on the Trimester Re-enrolment page or the Semester Re-enrolment page.

Fees must be paid in full by 12.00pm the Friday before classes start or you must provide proof of payment to fees@curtincollege.edu.au or in person at the Curtin College reception.

Why Should my Tuition Fees be Paid on Time?

You will not be able to enrol until all fees have been paid.

If you do not pay on time and you enrol in your classes late a Late Enrolment fee will apply.

How Much Should I Pay?

You will need to create a Provisional Invoice, via the Student Portal under My Profile/ Account Balance & Finance then select the unit/s you wish to enrol in and Print.

How Do I Make Payment?

Payment can be made in three (3) various ways:

Using the Internet

With a Credit Card Through the Student Portal:

  • Log on the the Student Portal and go to Fees/Credit Card Payment.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Print a copy of the transaction for your records.

Cards that are accepted by Curtin College are Visa and Mastercard, no other charge cards are currently accepted.

By Bank Transfer from an Australian Bank Account

  • Log onto your Bank account and follow the instructions for transferring to another account.
  • You will need the College's bank details (see Curtin College Bank Account Details).

Where possible please your Student ID in the description field.

By BPAY

If you have an Australian Bank account have have registered for online banking you can use BPAY.

  • Create your Provisional Invoice on the Student portal.
  • Use your BPAY reference number located on your Invoice as well as the Curtin College BPAY Biller Code (see Curtin College Bank Account Details).

In Person at your Bank

At your Bank in Australia

  • Go to your bank and ask them to transfer money from your account to Curtin College's bank account.
  • Take your receipt to Reception or send a copy to fees@curtincollege.edu.au.

At your Bank Overseas

  • Ask you bank to send money from your account to Curtin College's Bank account via a Telegraphic Transfer.
  • You will need to use Curtin College's SWIFT Code (see Curtin College Bank Account Details).
  • Send a copy of the transfer to fees@curtincollege.edu.au or fax to +61 (0)8 9266 4889, be sure to include your name and Student ID.

In Person at the Curtin College Reception

With a Credit Card

  • The cardholder must be present to sign the card, you cannot use your parent's card unless your name is included as a signatory

By EFTPOS

  • Check what your daily limit is (usually $800 to $1 000 per day)
  • Make sure you start your payments in advanced

By Bank Cheque

  • Ask you bank for a bank cheque for the amount you wish to pay (additional fees may apply with your bank)
  • Make sure the Cheque is made payable to Curtin College

By Personal Cheque

  • Make sure the cheque is made payable to Curtin College
  • Fees may apply if the cheque bounces due to insufficient funds
