This course is the second half of the Saint Edmond Communications course and is designed to expose students to the varied elements of oral communication. By studying a model of the communication process, engaging in communication exercises and delivering several speeches, the student will discover that effective oral communication goes beyond simply speaking to an audience. Verbal and non-verbal communication will be discussed along with the responsibilities of the sender and the receiver.
