Friday, January 3: Watch Ethos, Logos, Pathos video. Read pp 509-520 in text.
Monday, January 6: Read Mark Twain's Advice To Youth, and mentally answer " Questions to Help you Recognize..." from the the ethos, logos, pathos handout, then on paper answer the main questions on the "Strategies" handout (also from your notes). MAKE SURE TO GIVE EXAMPLES FROM THE READING (the six questions on the front of the handout should be your focus... the other ones are just to help you come up with ideas :)
