Tuesday, January 6: Read Mark Twain's Advice To Youth, and mentally answer " Questions to Help you Recognize..." from the the Rhetorical Triangle: Understanding and Using Ethos, Logos, Pathos handout, then on paper answer the questions on the Strategies for Mastering the Rhetorical Analysis Essay handout (these are also explained more thoroughly in the text and in your notes from today). MAKE SURE TO GIVE EXAMPLES FROM TWAIN'S ESSAY to back your judgments.
