What to Expect
Physically challenging experience including PT and shipboard drills require strength and stamina.
Cadets will experience the US Coast Guard Training Center and tour their facilities. Cadets will engage in group activities and present a oral history brief.
POD's and uniform of the day to be sent to students separately.

Do you want to participate in a CPO Pinning for yourself?
If you have not had a proper CPO Pinning and you wish to participate in one at this training, please inform the Commanding Officer Barry b.crawford@seacadets.org. If you would like to invite any guests to witness or pin/hat you, they are welcome to attend the ceremony (instructions sent out separately).

Ensure you bring your signed NSCTNG005 form:
Ensure your Medical History form is current/signed within 30 days of training
Ensure medications are documented in your online service record.
Extra lock key taped inside your paperwork envelope
USCG base berthing will be arranged for you.
USCG Training Center Cape May is located at 1 Munro Ave Cape May, NJ.
If using public or commercial transportation, by regulation Sea Cadets are not authorized to travel in uniform, so you may report for training in civilian clothes and change at arrival/check-in.
Air - Arrival and departure is Atlantic City International Airport. Suggested landing time is between 0500 and 0930. Depart via your mode of travel no earlier than 1700 (we are done at 1500).
