Phase II Sites

Phase II sites may be located at various sites around the country.  A phase II site duration may be 2 to 5 days and include the following topics: Host command welcome, mission, and tour; CPO Mess mentoring; team building; leading down, up, and sideways, CPO Mess, counseling, heritage, ethical decision making, PT; communication, leading with humility, motivating others, organization, and other critical leadership concepts prepared locally. 

If you are interesting in becoming a Phase II host site, ensure you meet the standards set forth in the CPOA Syllabus, and forward your relevant course, site, or contact information to the "Contact Us" point of contact to be added to this CPOA website.

Note: Only Phase II trainings of at least 5 days will be counted as meeting "AT Credit" minimum requirement of 40hrs.
