MCC Ambassador

MiraCosta Ambassador - available thursdays from 9am-12pm 

Every year, MiraCosta Community College works with SDA to provide Ambassadors. These are current MiraCosta students who are attending school and planning to transfer to 4-year universities. The Ambassadors’ role on campus is to meet with SDA students and answer any questions they might have about MiraCosta, the application process, the transfer process, the Honors Program, California Promise Program, and more. 

SDA is lucky enough to have Yacir Romero Ocampo as our MiraCosta Ambassador. He is available Thursdays from 9am-12pm in the Mustang Commons. If you'd like to meet with him, click here to schedule an appointment.
