Observation

Schalmont uses the Danielson 2011 Framework for Teaching Rubric to evaluate teachers and Frontline Professional Growthto manage the evaluation process and scores.

Frontline Professional Growth is the evaluation tool that is used to manage teacher evaluations. With the purchase of both MLP and Teachscape, Frontline Technologies is now able to manage the Danielson rubric in Professional Growth. You account is created by the district and you will be sent an activation email by the Frontline system. When you log into your Frontline account the first time you will be prompted to create password for your new account. All of our APPR will be managed in an area called My Evaluation.

Accessing Pre and Post Observation Forms - When your evaluator sends you a request for an observation the Pre-Observation form will then be available in Frontline. First click on the Learning Plan tab located on the left hand side. Accept the pre-observation meeting time and then you will be able to fill out the form. After filling out the form, click submit and it will automatically be shared with your evaluator.

We have posted a Pre-Observation form and Post-Observation form so you can see them ahead time. You will fill out both forms in Frontline.

Pre Obervation Form - You can use this copy to write down your answers or input them directly into Frontline.
