7th Grade

Students in 7th grade band will build upon the basic skills learned in 6th grade band. They will work to improve tone quality and intonation, and will expand their range by learning to read and play additional notes. We will learn scales and perform longer concert pieces. 7th graders have the opportunity to participate in the Showcase of Bands, All-County Band and Honor Band. They also present concerts in December and May.
