Studio Use Guidelines

Who Can Use The Blue Studio?

• This room may be used by students currently enrolled in an FAV class, and who have paid a $150 deposit for key access

• Students with access may not book the room on behalf of their friends, nor let unauthorized persons into the room to work unattended

• Non-majors and others wishing to use the Black Studio must contact the FAV Department Head for permission

Reserving The Space

• Students wishing to work in the studio should book their time slot using the FAV Room Reservation Form.

• If a student has reserved the space and finds others working in the room, the party without a reservation must leave

Studio Etiquette

• Do not remove flats, lights, chairs or other equipment from this room to use elsewhere

• When a student has completed their work in studio, they must dispose of their trash and leave the studio organized and clean

• Do not prop doors open

• Do not leave personal items or FAV equipment out in the studio

The department reserves the right to revoke access from students who abuse these policies or let unauthorized people into the space
