Concept Sketches

The Keystone Lakeside home had an undeveloped lawn on the waterside of the property for which we developed a garden plan incorporating a terrace and shoreline garden. The Hoffman's initial program included a splash pool and hot tub. Two concepts for this terrace are shown in these model sketches.

Phase One Completed

The Hoffmans decided that the spa should be built in a future phase. The resulting phase one garden placed the house in a new and more formal relationship with the new beach and lakefront
