The Dale Mabry Highway between Kennedy Boulevard and Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa was being resurfaced and improved. This was an opportunity to improve the turning motions with turn lanes and planted medians. Working with the Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Tampa Parks Department we developed a planting plan for this significant gateway into the city.
