Seminole Heights Community Center
The Seminole Heights Community Center, located in the Seminole Heights Historic Neighborhood, is a very active public space used for community meetings and private events from weddings to club meetings. The entire landscape was re-designed along with some outdoor spaces associated with the building.
One of the most important aspect of the design was the moving of the accessible ramp from a minor door leading to the stage area and front of the principle meeting room to a position of prominence which allowed all to enter the traditional "front" door.
A new courtyard was added to be used for functions, such as community and wedding receptions.
