Along with our colleague, architect Brian Hunt, the 345 Bayshore Boulevard Condominium Association asked us to revise their pool garden as part of their overall restoration project of the parking garage at the base of their residential tower. It involved the renewal of all paving surfaces and the restructuring of the pool terrace canopies, hand railing and plantings. The set of drawings that follow, showing the planting plan deep into the pages, has been installed and photos of the completed project are forthcoming.
