As a consultant to C&D Engineering we participated in their major redesign of the storm drainage system for the historic downtown. The work included a traffic calming design and streetscape design which involved reducing lanes in a major downtown bridge, redesigning the street parking and sidewalks in the historic downtown and improving the pedestrian access and use of the Madison Street neighborhood bridge.
