Some streaming services only show a blank video when casting to touch displays. You will need to turn off graphics/hardware acceleration. Reach out to support@pv-eagles.org or follow the guide here: Turning off Graphics Acceleration
If you're showing a full screen presentation on the display and want to switch to a different browser tab, exiting presentation mode can be done without going to your computer by long pressing the display screen. After touching the screen for a second, you should see an X button appear in the upper middle of the screen. Press that to exit presentation mode.
