You can link your Google Drive with myViewBoard to easily open files to use with presentations.
In a web browser, go to myviewboard.com and sign in using Google and your @pv-eagles.org account
2. After you sign in, you will be brought to your dashboard. Click the section for myViewBoard.Â
In this section you can set up preferences and default behavior for your myViewBoard presentations.
3. From the left-side menu, click "App & Cloud Integration"
4. Find Google Drive from the list of connectable options and click the link button
5. You'll be asked to select your @pv-eagles.org account and confirm permissions.
Select all and click "Continue"
Your Google Drive is now connected to your myViewBoard.com account
After connecting your Google Drive, you'll be able to see your files in the myViewBoard program.
Open your myViewBoard program on your computer and Sign in if you are not signed in already

2. Click the Magic Box tool from the bottom toolbar to open it. With the Magic Box tool open, you'll see an icon for Google Drive. Click it to see your Google Drive folders.

With Google Drive selected, you'll see all the Google Drive folders you have access to. Browse to where you saved your file in Google Drive and double click it to insert it into your presentation
