On your computer, open Chrome browser
Make sure you are logged into Google workspace
From the Google homepage, click Google Apps waffle menu in the upper right hand corner
4. Click on your Account
5. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Security & sign-in
6. Click on 2-Step Verification
7. Click Authenticator to add Google Authenticator
8. Click Set up authenticator
9. On your phone, open the Google Authenticator app and click the plus sign and select Scan a QR Code.
10. The QR Code generaged by Set up authenticator is unique to you. Scan that QR Code with your phone. The image provided here is an example of what you will see.
11. Click Next, then enter the 6-digit code that you see in your authenticator app on your phone.
12. Click Verify, and you are finished.
