Balancing Act

Balance Challenge for this week - Use the Google Slide presentation and try each balance. Watch the video of me performing the balance then try it with me. Try to hold the balance for 10 seconds. Balance is hard and takes muscle strength and endurance. See what you can do and have fun with it. The balance cards below the google slide presentation are for you if you want a bigger challenge. Have fun.

1. How many body parts are in contact with the ground for your BASE of SUPPORT (one, two, three, four, five etc.)

2. The SHAPE your body is trying to position in. (Round, Straight, Curve, etc)

3. The LEVEL you should balance at. (High, Medium, Low)

Try to perform the balances and keep your body still. What do you have to do to stay still?? Try it!
