Balancing Act

Welcome to Balancing Act.

K, 1, 2 students will try to balance the following five balances that are presented in the google slide below. Try to hold the balance for 10 seconds if possible. Try to do this everyday and see how much stronger you get from these balance exercises. Focus on a certain spot, tighten all your muscles, and breathe. You got this. Answer the questions that are on the slide. Then check your answers with the balance card on the same slide.
