All students, in the CSE course, will make an Android based app. It must be Android base due to the restrictions that exist with regards to Apple IOS. We will be using MIT's App Inventor to create the apps. When you have time, in class and out, spend some time familiarizing yourself with the GUI. There will be times in class where we code exclusively on App Inventor but the process will be easier if you spend some extra time exploring it.
If you would like to, you may choose to enter your app in the Tyler Technologies - 2016 Maine App Challenge. The deadline for App submissions is March 1.
