Participation in the 25 th Youth Conference of Caretakers of

the Environment International 2011

Following the success in 2007 and 2010, t hirteen S2 to S4 students will participate in the 25 th Youth Conference of Caretakers of the Environment International. The conference will be held from 1 st to 10 th July in Debrecen, Hungary.

Under the conference theme “natural heritgage and tourism through biodiversity”, students have carried out their researches titled:

．Geological Heritage and Ecotourism in the Geopark

．Threats, Values and Conservation of Nam Sang Wai

． Heritage and Tourism in Rural Hong Kong

In this youth conference, students will present their researches to 39 teams of particpants coming from more than 20 countries. Students will also take part in other activities including field trips, workshops and cultural night.
