Here you will find the resources and directions you need to register your child(ren) in the Pittsfield High School.
Step One: Registration will begin at the Mercer building, 269 First Street in Pittsfield. They are open for walk in registrations Tuesdays-Fridays 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. You are also able to register online at pittsfield.net. Go to the tab at the top that says "Family and Community", on the left hand side there is a tab called "Registration". On the left hand side under the tab "High School Registration", you will be able to start the registration process online. If you are having troubles, call 413-499-9568.
Step Two: Gather the documents you need for your registration appointment:
-Proof of residency-a utility bill with your name preprinted on it, or a copy of your lease, etc.
-Birth certificate
-Health and immunization records
-Transcript from past school(s)
-MCAS scores (Massachusetts Residents Only)
-Special education or 504 records (if relevant)
-Custody papers (if relevant)
Step Three: It will take 24-48 hours for the registration process to be complete and sent to your child's school. Contact the PHS guidance office at 413-499-9541 for a time to set up their schedule and meet with their guidance counselor for an intake meeting.
**Your student will not be able to start school until all the documents in step 2 have been submitted**
