What did we learn in 2017?

Stress will go straight to the sprocket near the differential and will cause it to 'taco'
hinge design has too much vertical stress on the rover causing it to go up and down
Aluminum does help make the rover lighter
Increasing length of the rover will cause stress to the center and the steel will tear
must be careful about aligning the chain

Rover doesn't HAVE to fit in 5' x 5' x 5' cube but volume check is worth 4 pts
No longer have to carry but weight for points as follow - task materials count in weight
- 5 pts less than 130 lbs
- 3 pts 130 - 170 lbs
- 1 pt 171 - 201 lbs
- 0 points 211+ lbs
Full unfold points if assembled in less than 2 minutes (our longest unfold time was year 1 40 seconds)
Fenders required as in years past and institutional or country's flag
