Part 1 travels from Hopkins Hill in Woodstock, CT to the site of the Child Tavern on Barlow Cemetery Road in Woodstock. The route follows ancient paths and roads that have been largely forgotten with the passage of centuries. Using old maps and "bushwacking", the route of the Old Connecticut Path is revealed once again.

Part 2 continues the journey that began on Hopkins Hill traveling from the site of the Child Tavern on Barlow Cemetery Road in Woodstock to Crystal Pond at the border of Woodstock and Eastford, CT.
