Cash Collection Service

Barclays have negotiated a contract with G4S as a 'Pay as You Go' service, which Norfolk County Council is recommending to schools. Please view this flyer for more information on the service an whether this is appropriate for your school.

This service is ideal for customers that do not have a convenient branch to pay in cheques or cash at. The service is operated by G4S and has been negotiated by Barclays Bank. Schools should always take into account the Risk Assessment of dealing with cash and take this into consideration when looking into a collection service. It is often work out cheaper and more convenient for schools to use a service.

• Registration for Business Direct Deposit Service Schools that enter into a cash collection service through a third party other than the G4S 'Collect and Bank Service' will be required to register the service with Barclays Bank. Please ensure this form is used to register for the service. The 'Business Direct Deposit Service' must be ticked and the appropriate section completed.
