Nightly Calendars

Below are the links to the daily calendar for each of our Humanities classes. You and your classmates will be responsible for updating the portal nightly. We'll give you a schedule of which week you are "on duty." The calendar is based on a google doc that will be shared with the class. You will open and edit that document and the latest version will be published at the links below for everyone to see. Here is the schedule for first quarter:

Grade Categories

The course will be broken down into the following categories:

    1. Weekly Quizzes / 10pts each / 6-10 per grading period
    2. Weekly Checks (active reading; assignment completion) / 10 pts each / 6-10 per grading period
    3. Formal Paragraphs / 50 pts each / 2 per grading period
    4. Projects / 100 pts total / 1 per grading period
    5. Additional Assignments / these assignments will add up to no more than 100 pts per quarter
