Volunteer Opportunities

The Marching Bulldogs need many parent volunteers for a smooth season! We will send periodic emails through the MSHS Marching Band parent list when volunteers are needed. Please watch the parent email list for possible opportunities.

Band Camp: provide food and/or serve snacks during the morning and evening sessions; provide food for the end-of-camp dinner. Photographers are also needed for Picture Day.

Dawgapalooza: Setup, concessions, wrist band sales, cleanup

Allerton Retreat: chaperones (contact Mr. Stevens)

Home Football games and Competitions

• Uniform parents: check in/out uniforms, clean shoes, cover bleachers to protect uniforms; set out water coolers

• Pit Parents: help move pit equipment to and from the stadium (includes loading and unloading the trailer for competitions) and onto and off of the performance area.

• Cookies for Senior Night—provide cookies, cocoa, and setup/cleanup cookie table
